We cover the shipping on every single order 
delivered anywhere in Canada.
No minimum order. No exceptions.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and packed 
within 1–3 business days of being placed.
You will receive a confirmation email 
with tracking information as soon as 
your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery to Canada: 
7–14 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary 
slightly depending on your location 
and carrier volume during peak periods.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships you will receive 
a tracking number by email. 
You can use this to follow your order 
every step of the way.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 
20 business days of your shipping 
confirmation email, please contact us at

investigate immediately.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address 
is correct at checkout. 
We are not responsible for orders 
delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
