We want you to love everything you order 
from Valere. If something is not right 
we will do everything we can to make it right.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days 
of delivery for items that are:
→ Unworn and unwashed
→ In original condition
→ Free from perfume, deodorant or stains

with your order number and reason for return.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a 
different size or colour subject to availability.

within 14 days of receiving your order.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once we receive and inspect your return 
we will process your refund within 7–14
business days back to your original 
payment method.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item 
please contact us immediately at 
support@valerecanada.ca with a photo 
and we will resolve it within 24 hours 
at no cost to you.
